The convenience of its locality, right next to the airport as we only stayed here one night on our way from Hawaii to Sydney.
Its a little bit run down.

Generally, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and adequate facilities. The pool surrounds are great, and restaurant was good, with enough selection of meals. The food quality and the cooking was excellent most of the time.
When I brought my own bottle of wine to the restaurant, the corkage charge was FJ10, which I objected to as grossly excessive, we compromised at FJ5. However, it did not leave a good taste in my mouth as I have never been charged corkage anywhere else in Fiji, and I have been coming to other resorts more than thirty times. It is not the money, but the principle, at other resorts it has never been an issue and they give the wine glass as part of the service. With screw tops now, there is no corkage as such. Also, sometimes, everything is served at the same time. At breakfast, my cereal, juice, eggs on toast and coffee all came together which meant that I had to eat the eggs first or else they would be hard and cold if I had the cereal first.

well-maintained gardens, proximity to airport, spacious swimming pool
Cleanliness standards could use improvement!!! Room descriptions need to match reality!!! Consider revising towel policies and improving bathroom safety features for a more pleasant stay experience!!!

Functional and newly renovated room, had things I needed. The bed was super, and the staff were superfriendly and really friendly people from porters to housekeepers. The pool was very clean and I had cold drinks in the pool bar.

Friendly staff
The main thing that I was very unsatisfied with that the bathroom did not have a separate vanity. To wash your hands in the same sink as the kitchen sink was astounding for a hotel. The staff were great but the abvementioned was a put off.

Friendly Staff
Why do you have a swimming pool and no sun loungers? Because of this we went next door to the hotel and spent money in their bar and used there pool! Can not believe you had no loungers around a swimming pool! Also why don't you try to eliminate some of the noise your trolleys make throughout the night and the loud talking of staff. It is impossible to get a nights sleep at the Tokatoka unless you are lucky enough to get a room at the fartherest part of the hotel Big disappointment this time. This would be the 9th time we have stayed at your hotel

The hotel was really close to the airport which suited us - and it was the only hotel that offered a bed configuration that meant 7 people could stay in 2 rooms. The staff were lovely and the price was very reasonable.
Unfortunately the divan beds were not very comfortable and there was no air conditioning in the main room so it wasn't a very good sleep.

" It's also just a few steps away from Wailoaloa Beach, where I enjoyed long walks by the shore, and the Garden of the Sleeping Giant, offering fine views amidst lush greenery.

Comfortable bed, I would like tokatoka resort hotel to accomodate me next time. It is so peaceful. Although I stayed only for a night not to see what tokatoka resort hotel offers, I was satisfied with the service. Thank you, see you again. X
Sink would be better in the bathroom, and bathroom facility abit too close to the kitchenett.

Good location if you want to be close to the airport, economic place to stay for one night while you find a different place to g or if you are flying out early. The dining area is right next to the pool with a waterfall which is nice. The room I had was gigantic, with an air conditioner in the master bed. They had WiFi internet.
The food was horrible, don't order steak unless you like shoe leather. Some rooms have kitchenettes with a stove, but no cook-ware or utensils?
